Virginia WBE Class A Contractor since 1985 and is pre-qualified with the Virginia Department of Transportation.

This project included the development of a 60 acre site and 3 buildings valued at $14,000,000. Construction included 8,000 square feet of locker rooms, restroom, concessions, and office space. The buildings are steel framed, CMU block walls w/ brick, standing seam metal roofs, glazing.
