This project involves the construction of approximately 14,500 LF of Woolridge Road widening from Otterdale Road to the Swift Creek Reservoir and 2,700 LF of Otterdale Road widening from 1,800 LF south of Woolridge Road to 900 LF north of Woolridge Road. The widening shall consist of improving these existing two-lane roadways to become four-lane divided roadways with left and right turn lanes at major intersections and/or median crossovers. The project includes construction of two traffic signals, three new stormwater BMP on the Woolridge Elementary School site. The work shall also include clearing, grading, asphalt paving, drainage structures, erosion and sediment control, signage, pavement markings, adjustments of utilities, and other items necessary for the completion of work.
