This project included the design-build development of a 49 acre site and 8 buildings valued at $10,000,000. Construction included 45,000 square feet of office, warehouse, personnel and maintenance buildings. The buildings are steel framed, cmu block walls, standing seam metal roofs, glazing and with various facades. Warehouse buildings include pre-engineered metal structures.
