This project included the development of a 110 acre site for a 1,000,000 SF building for Amazon.com. Curtis Contracting was responsible for all site work on this project. Work included mass clearing, over 400K cubic yards of earthwork, storm drainage, water, sewer, fire line, roof drains and aggregate base. Curtis Contracting, Inc. held a prime contractor directly with the USAA Real Estate. Within 30 days of NTP CCI completed clearing, erosion and sediment control and turned over 330,000 SF of building pad for the follow-on building work.
Within 9 weeks of NTP CCI turned over the entire 1,000,000 SF of building pad for follow-on work.
